Reflexology is a natural method to help reduce stress and promote deep relaxation. Precise areas of the feet relate to particular parts of the body and, by applying gentle pressure to these points, coupled with a soothing foot massage, any 'imbalances' in the body can be identified and natural healing encouraged. A natural alternative to ear syringing, this relaxing experience uses hollow candles made from organic flax, beeswax and extracts of honey and herbs gently placed in the outer ear and lit to create a vacuum, drawing out impurities. Ear candles can also assist with sinusitis; headaches; stress; vertigo; tinnutus; cold symptoms; excesive ear wax; to balance pressure prior to flying or diving; aiding sleep and even alleviate snoring! |
